蒸出率分布对酮苯三效蒸发能量回收的影响

【摘要】 应用作者开发的MEKS软件分别在低—高—中压力和低—中—高压力方案下进行了溶剂蒸出率分布对酮苯三效蒸发能量回收影响的方案对比研究。结果表明 ,要最大限度地回收能量 ,在低—中—高压力方案下操作 ,应采用较高的溶剂总蒸出率 ,三效塔蒸出率应远大于一效塔和二效塔。而在低—高—中压力方案下 ,操作应在相对较低的总蒸出率和相近的蒸出率分布下进行。在相同的高压塔压力下 ,低—中—高压力方案能量回收占优 ,但热公用工程温位要求高。而低—高—中压力方案则相反。因此选择操作方案应该在能量回收和公用工程成本之间进行统筹考虑

【Abstract】 The effect of distribution of evaporation rate on the recoverable energy of MEK solvent recovery unit was researched in a series of case studies using a simulation software, MEKS, which was developed by the authors. The results showed that the low medium high pressure distribution scheme was superior to the low high medium scheme in the possibility of energy recovery, the former scheme was suitable to be operated in a distribution of low low high evaporation rate, and the latter was better to be operated in an uniform distribution. The selection of operating scheme should be balanced between energy recovery and the utility cost.
