【摘要】 目的　检测老年早期原发性高血压患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)和可溶性血管间粘附分子 1(sVCAM 1)的水平并分析它们与老年原发性高血压的关系。　 方法　用ELISA法测定老年原发性高血压患者、正常老年人、正常年轻人血清sICAM 1和sVCAM 1的浓度。　 结果　老年原发性高血压血清sICAM 1和sV CAM 1的浓度高于正常老年人和正常年轻人 (P <0 0 1) ;另外正常老年人的sICAM 1和sVCAM 1的水平高于正常年轻人 (P <0 0 1)　 结论　老年原发性高血压患者中血清sICAM 1,sVCAM 1的水平明显升高 ,提示在老年原发性高血压患者中存在内皮细胞结构和功能的改变。我们认为血清sICAM 1,sVCAM 1可作为原发性高血压病发展过程中内皮细胞功能紊乱的一个比较敏感的观察指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the levels of sICAM 1,sVCAM 1 in aged essential hypertensive patients and explore the relationship between soluble cell adhesive molecules and hypertension. Methods The serum levels of sICAM 1,sVCAM 1 were measured in aged hypertensive patients,healthy aged controls,and healthy young controls by ELISA. Results The results showed that the sICAM 1 and sVCAM 1 levels in aged hypertensive patients were significantly elevated in comparison with those of healthy aged and young subjects( P <0 01).The levels of the sICAM 1 and sVCAM 1 in healthy aged subjects were higher than those of healthy young subjects( P <0 01). Conclusions The results of this study support the hypothesis that circulating levels of soluble cell adhesive molecules are elevated in older people with essential hypertension.It suggests that there are endothelial structure and function changes in the aged hypertensive subjects.It is supposed that the levels of sICAM 1 and sVCAM 1 may serve as biochemical markers of endothelial malfunction in the development of hypertension.更多还原
