【摘要】 目的 :研究种植体牵张装置应用的可能性。方法 :杂交家犬 6只 ,随机分为 3组 ,拔除下颌前磨牙3月后进行手术 ,在术后 4、9、14周依次处死两只动物 ,所有标本都经大体观察、X线连续检查、组织学检查、计算机定量组织学研究。结果 :1X线片测得采用种植体牵张成骨增高牙槽嵴为 (2 .83± 0 .42 ) mm;2组织学切片显示术后 14周时牵张区形成成熟的骨小梁及骨皮质 ,与周围骨质无明显区别 ,与种植体结合紧密。结论 :种植体能够作为口内牵张器和固定装置 ,完成牵张过程 ;在牵张成骨后可作为义齿修复的基牙。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the feasibility of distraction osteogenesis in the augment of alveolar ridge.Methods:Mandibular and maxillary premolars on one side were extracted in 6 dogs.3 months after extraction,2 pieces of dental implants were implanted on the same side and 7 days after implantation distractor was applied at 0.75 mm per day for 4 days.2 dogs were sacrificed 4,9 and 14 weeks after operation respectively,the alveolar ridge was measured for height and observed radiologically and histologically,the contact of the implants with bone was analysed quantitatively.Results:14 weeks after application of the distractor the alveolar ridge increased (2.83±0.42) mm in height,mature trabecular bone was found in the increased part of alveolar ridge.The contact (%) of the implant with original bone and increased ridge bone as 64.3±5.2 and 60.3±4.8 (P>0.05) respectively.Conclusion:Distraction osteogenesis can be used for alveolar ridge augment and for the application of dental implant.更多还原
