小麦胚稳定化处理研究
Research into the Stabilization of Wheat Germ
【摘要】 本文在参考国内外有关小麦胚稳定化处理的文献基础上，对小麦胚的稳定化处理进行了综述，并列举了几种稳定化方法。
【Abstract】 The article summarized stable treatments of wheat germ based on the literature from home and abroad,and listed out some ways of stabilization.
