静电热管除尘换热空间的温度分布特性

【摘要】 将带有肋片的热管置入静电除尘器中 ,构成静电热管式除尘器 ,使静电力和温度场的作用有机结合 ,以提高除尘和换热效率 .本文进行了在静电场作用下 ,单根热管和管束的温度场分布规律的实验研究 ,得到了静电热管除尘换热空间的温度分布特性 ,为实际工程应用提供了理论依据

【Abstract】 We put a special heat tube with fins in a field of electrostatic precipitator, and make a combination of them. It comprises an electrostatic, heat tube, heat exchanging dust remover. It makes a joint force of static electricity, temperature difference and air dynamics. It can produce good results in recovering and removing. The paper analyses the temperature field of a single heat tube and also lines of them located in the electrostatic field by the theory of forced convection of exchange of heat. The temperature distribution of dust remov and heat exchang in electrostatic and heat tube field is obtained. The paper concludes that how to put them and what distance will be better to combine them together will be better for practice using of the equipment.
