【Abstract】 This paper introduces the principles of household based heat metering devices,points out the main problems in its popularization,describes forms and arrangement of the such system,and proposes the method to determine the area of radiators.It also points out the factors that influence heat price and solutions ot undistributed consumption of energy in buildings and heat transfer between rooms belonging to different households.更多还原
