液力驱动式单螺杆泵设计计算
Design and calculation of hydraulic single screw pump
【摘要】 在介绍了液力驱动式单螺杆泵的结构与工作原理后,给出了泵的两个主要部件单螺杆泵与单螺杆马达的螺杆-衬套副的端面直径、衬套导程和偏心距的计算方法,以及单螺杆泵与马达协调工作时,两者之间的扭矩和功率的大小应满足的关系。给出的计算公式是根据单螺杆式水力机械的基本理论和工作特点,并考虑现场实际提出的,因此对这种类型的单螺杆泵的设计具有普遍意义,对于不同总体结构布置形式的液力驱动式单螺杆泵,设计时有些公式应重新推导。
【Abstract】 The configuration and the working theory of the hydraulic single screw pump are described. The calculatingmethods for the screw diameter of the single screw pump and the screw motor, section diameter of the lining pairs, guiding stroke and eccentricity of the lining, and the relation between the torque and power of the pump and motor while working together are presented. The presented calculation formulas can be used generally to design this kind of single screw pump, and some new formulas should be established for various structural forms of the single screw pump.
