【摘要】 在压裂施工作业中 ,为了保证施工设备和现场人员的安全 ,同时使地层免遭破坏 ,研制了压裂设备超压保护装置。该装置是基于 80 31单片机的高智能型监控装置 ,内部电路采用了高精度数据采集A/D芯片ICL7135及其相关的接口技术、RS - 4 2 2串行通讯、光电隔离和语音合成等技术。当压力超过设定范围时它将语音提示并使装置进入保护运行状态。装置能独立于其他监控系统工作 ,也能与上位计算机联机工作。现场应用表明 ,该装置在测量精度和系统可靠性方面都能较好地满足作业要求 ,取得了很好的经济效益更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to ensure safety of equipment and operators and avoid formation demage in fracturing operation,a overpressure protection device for fracturing equipment is developed.The device is a high intelligent monitoring apperatus based on 8031 monolithic processor.Its internal circuit adopts such techniques as high precision date conversion chip ICL7315 and correlatedinterface,RS-422 serial communication,photoelectric isolation and phonic compound.When the pressure excesses the preset range,it will alarm and make the system run in a protecion state.The device not only can operate independently,but also can carry out online work with the hostcomputer.Field use shows that,the device can meet the operation requirements,and good economic benefit can be achieved.更多还原
