【摘要】 针对油田地面集输工程和地面注水工程中现行人工加药方法的缺点 ,研制成油田用自动加药系统。该系统采用西门子S7— 2 2 4可编程控制器 (PLC)为控制单元 ,自动检测输油管流量 ,根据流量及设定加药量或浓度值控制计量泵的加药量 ,可适时显示加药量、加药浓度、主流量及累积加药量 ,并设有多种故障报警功能及按键互锁功能。采用新型自动加药系统 ,无需工人值班 ,降低了工人的劳动强度 ,提高了加药精度 ,从而提高了油田生产效率及管理水平。首批自动加药系统已在江苏油田某联合站使用 ,至今已连续运行四个多月 ,用户反映良好更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of te disadvantages of manual medicament feeding,an automatic medicament feeding system used in the surface collection and transmission engineering and waterflooding operation is developed.The system adopts PLC as its main control unit,can inspect automatically the flow rate in the oil pipeline,and feed the medicament automatically according to the flow rate and set value of medicament feeding quantity/concentration and the flow rate in the main pipeline.It can display in real time the actual medicament feeding quantity/concentration,main flow rate and accumulative medicament feeding quantity,and it has faults alarming function as well.Application in Jiangsu Oilfield proves the automatic medicament feeding system operated well.更多还原
