定量注水堵塞器的性能研究
Performance study of blanking plug for quantitative water injection.
【摘要】 针对常规注水堵塞器难以达到油田注水井定量注水要求的问题 ,研制开发出适合井下分层定量配注的定量注水堵塞器。这种堵塞器与井下偏心配水器配套使用 ,当注水的来液压力或地层的吸水能力改变时 ,通过堵塞器内滑阀和弹簧的作用 ,自动调节出液口的大小 ,使水嘴前后压差基本保持不变 ,起到保持流量稳定的作用。新研制的堵塞器结构简单 ,操作方便的特点 ,使用时只需在地面根据各层段的配注水量要求 ,选定合适尺寸的水嘴 ,一次下井作业即可达到配注要求。室内性能试验和现场试验证明 ,定量注水堵塞器注水量误差均小于 10 % ,可满足分层定量注水的要求
【Abstract】 The conventional blanking plug is difficult to meet the requirements of oilfield quantitative water injection,thereby a new blanking plug for separate layer quantitative water injection is developed. The plug is used along with downthole eccentric water distribution device. When the pressure of produced fluid and the water absorption ability of the reservoir change, the plug regulates automatically the size of the fluid outlet by means of the action of the slide valve and balance spring, thereby a stable flow rate can be obtained. The new plug is simple in structure and easy to operate. Both lab test and field test show that, by using the new plug, the error of the quantity of water injected is less than 10%.
