【Abstract】 Hot water extraction-sulfosalicylic acid precipitation method was used to make pretreatment for the samples. The analytic result showed that the taurine contents were 8.44mg/100g～9.23mg/100g and 7.34mg/100g～7.89mg/100g in the intact spores and wall-broken spores of log-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum resp., while the taurine content was as high as 140.82mg/100g～157.38mg/100g in the extract powder of G.lucidum.更多还原
