无机膜回收硫酸法钛白生产中偏钛酸的研究

【摘要】 膜分离技术是近几十年迅速发展的新型分离技术。采用具有优异的化学稳定性、热稳定性及高机械强度等特点的无机膜进行溶液中微米及亚微粒子的分离 ,在化学工业、石油化工等高温、腐蚀性环境下 ,有其独特的优势。以无机盐生产过程中微米和亚微米粒子的液固分离为工业背景 ,对α -Al2 O3 陶瓷微滤膜回收硫酸法钛白生产酸性废水中的偏钛酸粒子进行了研究 ,考察了陶瓷微滤膜处理钛白废水过程的工艺参数对过程的影响 ,确定了合适的操作参数及有效的膜污染控制和清洗方法 ,为该技术的工业化应用奠定了基础 ,使无机膜回收偏钛酸技术的工业化进程又推进了一步 ,同时本研究为微米及微米粒子的液固分离特别是苛刻体系条件下的分离提供了一条新途径

【Abstract】 Membrane separator technique is a new type of lately rapid developing separation technique in recent tens years. Using the inorganic membrane characterized by excellent chemical and thermal stability as well as high mechanical strength the separation of micrometer and submicrometer particles in solution is progressed. This technique is predominantly used in chemical and petrochemical industries of high thermal and corrosive environment. Taking liquid-solid separation of micrometer and submicrometer particles in inorganic salt production as industrial background, the study of recovered particles of metatitanatic acid in the waste water produced in titanium dioxide with α-Al 2O 3 ceramic membrane is progressed. Having investigated the influence of the process parameter change in treating the titanium dioxide waste water with ceramic microfiltration membrane, appropriate work parameter and effectively membrane contamination controlling and cleaning method are fixed, which being the base of industrial application of this technique and the industrial progression of recovering metatitanatic acid with inorganic membrane technique being pushed a step further, besides , this study also provides a new way of separating micrometer and submicrometer particles in liquid- solid separation, especially, under severe system and condition.Abstract: Membranes
