【摘要】 胰肾Ⅰ期联合移植是糖尿病并发尿毒症的惟一根本治疗途径 ,但其并发症较其他大器官移植多 ,是直接影响患者长期生存的重要因素。通过对 5例胰肾联合移植术后并发症的观察和护理 ,认为严密地术后监测、正确地处理有关并发症是提高移植物及患者长期存活的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation is the single most effective therapeutic way to the treatment o end-stage diabetes mellitus complicated with uremia.But the complications of this operation are more common than other kinds of solid organ transplantation,which directly influence the long-term survival of the patients.The postoperative complications of 5 cases of SPK were observed and cared.The result suggested that close postoperative roles to the inaprovement of the related complications played key roles to the inaprovement of ling-term graft and patients survival.更多还原
