洗涤剂用4A沸石联产五水偏硅酸钠新工艺

【摘要】 以化工原料法并引入晶化导向剂合成 4A沸石 ,生成的母液联产五水偏硅酸钠。考察了加入晶化导向剂前后 ,母液循环比对 4A沸石钙离子交换度的影响。最终解决了 4A沸石的母液处理问题 ,降低了生产成本 ,并获得了结晶度高、粒度均匀 ,钙离子交换度 310mgCaCO3 /g沸石以上的 4A沸石和优质的五水偏硅酸钠

【Abstract】 A zeolite is synthesized from chemical materials and crystallization directors is introduced into system. Aqueous sodium metasilicate is coproduct from the produced mother liquid. The effect of mother liquid recirculating ratio on calcium exchangeability of 4A zeolite is investigated before and after the addition of crystallization directors. The disposal problems of mother liquid are resolved at last. High quality of 4A zeolite and aqueous sodium metasilicate are obtained. The advantages of 4A zeolite product are cost-effective, excellent crystallinity, uniform particle size and very high calcium exchangeability (>310 mg CaCO 3/g zeolite).
