甲醇羰基化过程中的溶剂效应
Solvent Effects on Carbonylation of Methanol
【摘要】 考察了在间二甲苯液体介质中 ,甲醇羰基化合成甲酸甲酯的反应动力学。结果表明 ,间二甲苯对反应速率有一定影响。随着溶液中间二甲苯含量的增大 ,溶液的介电常数逐步减小 ,在溶液中进行的甲醇羰基化反应的正逆反应速率常数则逐步增大 ,同时间二甲苯含量的增大也使反应的活化能减小。这些影响可通过把速率常数与溶液的介电常数关联起来的Scatchard方程来解释。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of carbonylation of methanol to methyl formate in the presence of sodium methoxide is reported in this paper.It is found that the presence of an inert nonpolar solvent has a significant effect on the rate of the reaction.The increase in concentration of the solvent increases the forward and reverse rate constants,and decrease the activation energy of the reaction.These effects are consistent with the Scatchard equation which relates the rate constant to the dielectric constant of the reaction medium.
