【摘要】 目的 :评价CT引导行经皮腰椎间盘切吸术 (PLD)的价值。方法 :采用CT引导对 16 8例腰椎间盘突出症患者行PLD。(1)于即时CT图像上选择最佳穿刺径路 ,测出穿刺深度、角度和穿刺点距离 ;(2 )根据机架激光灯束在体表的投影 ,标出体表穿刺径路 ;(3)根据测定的穿刺参数进行穿刺 ;(4)经CT扫描证实穿刺针位置正确后 ,置换入工作套管 ,进行切吸术 ;(5 )术毕再行CT扫描观察切吸范围 ,椎间盘还纳情况。结果 :显效 88例 ,有效 6 4例 ,无效 16例。有效率 90 .47%。结论 :CT引导行PLD ,定位准确 ,并发症少 ,是一种理想和值得推广的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of PLD under CT guiding.Methods:Adopt PLD was performed in 168 penitents with lumbar disc herniation under CT guiding:(1)The best puncture path was choosed on the current video CT picture,the puncture depth,angle and the distance of puncture point were measured;(2)The puncture path was marked on patient′s body surface according to the laser ray projected into the body surface;(3)The puncture was carryed out according to the puncturing parameter;(4)The working casing pipe was replaced in and PLD was performed after the position of puncture needle was right verified by CT;(5)CT scan was done again after operation to observe the conditions of cutting area and intervertabral disc recovery.Results:88 cases were of prominent effective,64 cases were effective and 16 caese were ineffective with 90.47% effective rate totally.Conclusion:PLD under CT guiding is an ideal method,because it is of right postitioning and less complications.更多还原
