埕岛海域大气腐蚀性及其影响因素研究

【摘要】 对埕岛海洋平台进行了现场失重挂片试验 ,按ISO 92 2 3评价标准对大气腐蚀性进行了分类。结果表明 ,海域的室外环境大气腐蚀性均属于最强腐蚀等级。用腐蚀探测电池研究了温度、湿度和盐沉积量等腐蚀因素对大气腐蚀性的影响。实验结果表明 ,盐沉积是埕岛海域大气腐蚀性的主要影响因素 ,大气腐蚀速度的对数值与相对湿度及温度值均呈良好的线性关系 ,微量盐沉积可使碳钢腐蚀速度增大 1~ 2个数量级。绘制出了温度、湿度坐标下的等腐蚀线图。

【Abstract】 Weightlessness tests on the marine platform at Chengdao region were carried out. The atmospheric corrosivity of marine atmosphere was classified according to ISO 9223 standard. The outdoor corrosion rates are in the highest corrosion degree. The influences of temperature, relative humidity ( RH ) and the salt deposit on atmospheric corrosivity were investigated by means of corrosion detective cells. The regression analyses show that the logarithm of corrosion rates on carbon steel has a liner relationship with either relative humidity or temperature. The corrosion contour map was established in coordinate of temperature with relative humidity. Small amount of salt deposits can result in the increase of the corrosion rate of carbon steels by 1~2 orders of magnitude.
