辛二腈加氢制取辛二胺的研究

【摘要】 以骨架镍作为加氢催化剂 ,在乙醇溶剂中 ,液相加氢还原辛二腈制备辛二胺。分析了加氢反应体系、骨架镍催化剂制备条件和加氢反应条件对辛二腈加氢反应的影响。在催化剂加入量为 5 .0 %~ 15 .0 % ,氢压为 0 .1~ 5 .0MPa ,剂料比为 0 .2~ 5的条件下 ,辛二腈转化率可达 10 0 % ,辛二胺收率达 96 %以上。正交实验结果表明 ,在催化剂用量较低的条件下 ,可以通过提高反应氢压和剂料比的方法改善加氢效果。研究还表明 ,在相同的加氢条件下 ,Ni/Al2 O3 没有加氢活性

【Abstract】 Octanethylenediamine is prepared with liquid phase hydrogenation reduction of suberonitrile in ethanol solvent with Raney nickel catalyst. The effects of hydrogenation reaction system, the catalyst preparation and hydrogenation conditions on suberonitrile hydrogenation reaction are studied. The suberonitrile conversion is up to 100% while the octanethylenediamine yield is over 96% under the conditions that the catalyst concentration is 5.0%~15.0%, the hydrogen pressure is 0.1~5.0 MPa, and the ratio of solvent to feed is in the range of 0.2~5.0. The results of cross out designed experiments indicate that the hydrogenation performance could be improved by increasing hydrogen pressure or the ratio of solvent to feed with lower catalyst concentration. The study also reveals that the Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst is inactive for suberonitrile hydrogenation under the same reaction conditions.
