【摘要】 通过对高校图书馆发展概况的了解和学习其科学的管理方法 ,开拓我们的思路 ,为我校图书馆的发展目标和工作规划的制定提供有益指导。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the general situation of university and college libraries and their scientific managemen methods are introduced. Some suggestions for designing the development target of our library are proposed.
