【摘要】 目的　探讨乳腺癌组织中P gp、p5 3与c erbB 2蛋白的表达水平、相互关系及其临床意义。 方法　采用免疫组织化学ABC法 ,检测 82例手术切除乳腺癌组织中P gp、p5 3及c erbB 2蛋白的表达水平。 结果　乳腺癌组织中P gp、p5 3及c erbB 2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 42 .7%、13 .4%和 5 4.4% ;P gp与 p5 3蛋白表达有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与c erbB 2蛋白表达无显著相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;P gp表达在不同年龄、不同病理类型、有无淋巴结转移及临床分期之间无显著性差异 ;P gp阳性组和P gp阴性组5年无瘤生存率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　乳腺癌组织具有多药耐药性 ;p5 3蛋白表达与P gp表达有相关关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of P gp?p53 and c erbB 2 expression in breast carcinoma tissues.Methods 82 cases of breast cancer specimens were examined for expression of P gp,p53 and c erbB 2 protein by immunohistochemical statining technique.Results The positive rates of P gp,p53 and c erbB 2 were 42.7%,14% respectively in breast cancer specimens.The expression of P gp had a significant correlation with p53 protein ( P <0.05) and not related to c erbB 2 protein.The expression of P gp was not correlated with age,pathological types,lymph node etastatsis and clinical stages.The disease free 5 years survival was not different between 13 cases of P gp positive expression and 27 cases of P gp negative expression ( P >0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer has intrinsic multidrug resistance;Expression of P gp was correlated with p53 protein.更多还原
