【Abstract】 The advancement of China’s participation into WTO is accelerating. Among WTO’s agreements that will exert great influences on tobacco industry, there are the Agreement on Agricultural Framework, theAgreement on Trade Technology Barriers, Anti-dumping Agreement, and Subsidy and Anti-subsidy Agreement. Practical measures gained from comprehensive studies on these subjects will provide theoretical guidance tothe government organs concerned, the competent departments of tobacco industry, and the industry and commerce enterprises of tobacco.更多还原
