【摘要】 目的　观察经皮酒精注射治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法　超声或CT引导下对 87例原发性肝癌行经皮肝肿瘤内无水乙醇注射治疗 ,共注射治疗 5 73次。结果　 6个月、1年、2年绝对生存率分别为 95 4%、78 3 %、47 7%。临床症状的改善以疼痛缓解与食欲好转较为明显。AFP明显下降者占6 6 1%。肿块缩小率为 78%。结论　酒精注射治疗小肝癌效果明显好于大肝癌 ;该疗法无针道转移及其它严重并发症 ;酒精注射联合栓塞治疗对大肝癌可能具有更好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of ethanol injection for treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods Eighty seven patients of primary liver cancer received 573 times of percutaneous injection of ethanol guide by B-ultrasound or CT.Results 6 months, 1 and 2 year survival rates, were respectively 95 4%,78 3%,47 7%. The main symptoms of abdominal pain and appetite were straightened up obviously. Conclusion This method is effective for the patients with small primary hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
