【摘要】 目的　探讨原位肝移植术后早期内科并发症的治疗问题。方法　回顾性分析 1例原位肝移植术后早期内科并发症的发生原因与治疗过程。结果　由于多种原因 ,术后发生血液浓缩和电解质的紊乱、大量腹水、胸膜腔积液伴肺不张、心功能不全和心律紊乱、急性肾功能损害、凝血功能障碍和导管血栓等并发症 ,均被一一治愈。结论　肝移植术后早期内科并发症的处理要及时 ,制定措施要统筹兼顾 ,可转危为安更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of medical problems after liver transplantation.Methods Retrospective analysis of the causes and treatment of medical problems occurring in a patient undergoing liver transplantation.Results After transplantation the patient experienced many medical problems caused by various reasons,including disturbance of water and electrolyte,ascites,pleural effusion and atelectasis,cardiac dysfunction and arrhythmia,acute renal dysfunction,coagulation dysfunction and ductal thrombosis.These problems were solved one by one.Conclusion The medical problems following liver transplantation should be treated timely; with overall consideration into account to take effectual measures is able to help the patient out of danger,and have a better turn.更多还原
