【摘要】 目的　探讨上皮钙粘素E cadherin与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法　选择 3 1例胃癌组织、13例胃炎性病变组织和 12例正常胃组织 ,E cadherin的检测采用免疫组化法。结果　胃癌组织中E cadherin高表达占 3 2 .2 6% ,明显低于正常胃组织( 10 0 % )和胃炎性组织 ( 84 .62 % ) ,胃炎性组织E cadherin表达虽低于正常胃组织 ,但二者相比无显著差异。伴淋巴结转移的胃癌组织 ,E cadherin全部呈低表达 ,癌细胞侵及浆膜及膜外组织者 ,E cadherin表达占 2 1.0 5 % ,低于未侵及浆膜组 ( 5 0 % )。结论　胃癌组织中E cadherin表达明显降低 ,E cadherin低表达在胃癌的淋巴结转移和肿瘤的浸润中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ] Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of E cadherin and cancer invasion and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Method By using immunochemical method,the expression of E cadherin was detected in 31 cases of gastric carcinoma,13 cases of gastric inflammatory tissues and 12 cases of normal gastric tissues. Result The expression of E cadherin in gastric cancer(32.26%) was significantly lower than that in normal gastric tissues(100%) and gastric inflammatory tissues(84 62%).No significant difference was found in E cadherin expression between normal gastric tissues and gastric inflammatory tissues.The tissues with lymph node metastasis and infiltrated serosa expressed lower E cadherin. Conclusion The expression of E cadherin in gastric carcinoma decreases significantly.Lower expression of E cadherin plays an important role in the lymph node metastasis and activities of cancer cell invasion.
