【摘要】 目的　探讨中药胃肠力苏胶囊对实验动物和功能性消化不良患者胃排空的影响。方法　比色法测动物甲基橙的胃残留率。放免法测血清胃泌素 ,血浆胃动素 ,B超法测胃排空率。结果　胃肠力苏组和吗丁啉组动物胃内甲基橙残留率差异无显著性 ,两组与对照组动物胃内甲基橙残留率比较差异有显著性。血浆胃动素含量胃肠力苏胶囊组与吗丁啉组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,胃排空率两组比较差异无显著性。结论　胃肠力苏胶囊有促进胃排空作用 ,对功能性消化不良患者的疗效类似吗丁啉片 ,但其促进胃排空的机制不同于吗丁啉片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Chinese herbs Weichanglisu capsule on gastric emptying of methyl orange in exper imental animals and patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods The gastric residual rate of methyl orange was examined by colorimetry. The serum gastrin an d the plasma motilin were examined by radioimmunoassay, and the gastric emptying rate was examined by B ultrasonography. Results There was no statistical d ifference in the gastric residual rate of methyl orange between both Weichanglis u and domperidone animal groups but there was statistical difference between drug taking and control amimal groups. There was statistical difference in plasma m otilin between the two patient groups (P<0 05), and there was no statistic al diffe rence in gastric emptying rate between the two groups. Conclusion Weichangli s u capsule can promote gastric emptying. The curative effect of Weichanglisu caps ule on functional dyspepsia is similar to domperidone tablet, but the mechanism of promoting gastric emptying is different.更多还原
