【摘要】 目的　为了解广西壮族人群 D1 S80位点群体遗传资料。方法　使用扩增片段长度多态性 ( Amp-F1 p)和 PCR结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染技术 ,以等位基因阶梯作为分型标准对 30 0名广西壮族无关个体 D1 S80位点多态性分析。结果　观察到 2 3个等位基因 ,74个基因型 ,杂合度、非父排除率、个体识别力及多态信息含量分别为 0 .82 4 ,0 .763,0 .968,0 .875。其基因型频率分布符合 Hardy- weinberg定律。对 5个家系相关个体分析符合孟德尔定律。结论　该方法具有简便、快速、准确 ,灵敏性高的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To obtain the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of D1S80 VNTR Locus in Zhuang ethnic group in Guangxi.Methods 300 unrelated individuals in Zhuang were analyzed by PCR and PAGE following silver staining and amplified fragment length polymorphism and allele ladder.Results 23 alleles and 74 genotypes were observed in Zhuang population.The observed Hetrozygosity (H),probability of exclusion (PE),discrimination power(DP) and polymorphism information content(PIC)were 0 824,0 763,0 968 and 0 875 respectively.The observed genotype distribution was in accordance with Hardy-weinberg equilibrium.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate with high sensitivity.更多还原
