【Abstract】 Shaanxi is leading tourism province, which abounds with tourism resources. In order to bring it into full play as a key industry, firstly, tourism resources should be further exploited. The scenic spots within a region should be planned into several touring lines. Local cultural and natural resources should be strengthened. And the development of ecological tourism is also needed. Secondly, the investment of infrastructure constructation should be enforced, traffic situation should be improved.
