【Abstract】 This paper investigatesand analyzes the problems such as unclear division of responsibility and duty and poor quality, existing in the present journal management of higher education institutions. Based on the experience and methods of our journal running, the paper puts forward a "Three in one"management mode--combining authors, editors and responsible readers into one organic system--in order to bring into full play journals as a mass media while breaking away from the original vicious circle.更多还原
