【摘要】 对乳熟期的玉米种子在不同含水量情况下 ,测定其发芽势和发芽率。结果表明 ,玉米种子的含水量对其发芽势和发芽率有很大的影响。种子含水量在 51.3%～ 35.5%时 ,发芽势、发芽率低 ;水分含量降到 2 4 .0 %时 ,发芽势、发芽率均较高 ,达 90 %以上 ;水分含量为 14.0 %～ 5.0 %时 ,发芽势、发芽率均处于平稳阶段 ,为 10 0 % ,此时是最能代表种子本身生活力的时期 ;含水量为 3.8%以下时 ,发芽势、发芽率逐渐降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 The germinating viability and germinating percentage of seeds with different water content at the stage of milky ripeness were investigated.The results showed that ,when moistore content of corn seeds was 51.3%～35.5%, both germinating viability and germinating percentage were low. When moisture content was 24.0%, both germinating viability and germinating percentage reached 90%. When the moistore content was 14.0%～5.0%,both germinating viability and germinating percetage were at stable stage 100%. And this stage was the stage that could represent viability of itself very well. When water content was below 3.8%, the germinating viability and germinating percetage reduced gradually. So moisture content of seeds had great effects on germinatury viability and germinatag percentage.更多还原
