【摘要】 对采自山西省隰县、文水、离石、中阳四产地三个不同采收期的沙棘果进行了生理生化指标测定。结果表明 ,不同产地、不同采收期的沙棘果实 ,其生理生化指标均存在差异 ,尤其果实大小、维生素 C含量及粗脂肪含量相差较大。这将为我省沙棘良种选育、沙棘种植提供科学参数 ,也给以沙棘为原料的生产企业提供依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Fruit physiological and biochemistrial indexes were determined of Hippophae rhamnoides from Xixian,Wenshui,Lishi,and Zhongyang 4 sites of Shanxi province and in 3 different collection times.The result shows that there are differences in their indexes,especially much difference in fruit size,Vc content,and raw fat content.This result will provide scientific basis for breeding and growing of Hippophae rhamnoides,and production factories which processes it.更多还原
