【摘要】 目的：观察补阳还五汤对自发性脑出血的影响。方法：选择脑半球出血旦在１１ ｍＬ～５０ ｍＬ之间的６８例患者，除脱水降颅压等一般治疗外，每日服用补阳还五汤中药二剂，疗程２１ｄ，另设６６例同样患者仅给一般治疗作为对照。结果：疗程结束后经功能缺损程度积分评估试验组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），复查ＣＴ结果示血肿吸收体积＞５０％者亦以试验组为多（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：补田还五汤能够加速自发性脑出血的吸收，改善病情预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of the decoction of enriching the Yang and returning the Wu on sponta- neous cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Excepting deprivation of boby fluids and other normal treatments, 68 patients of semicerebral hemorrhage which volume were between 11 mL-50 mL were treated with a dose of Chinese herbal medicine of the decoction of enriching the Yang and returning the Wu every day. The course lasted 21 days. Other same 66 patients were treated only with normal treatment. Result:When the course ended,the reduction of the inte- gral of neural function defect of the test group was clear superiority as compared with the contrast (P<O. 05). The re- sult of repeating CT showed that the patients whose absorbed volume more than 50 % of the haematoma of the test group were more than the contrast,P<0. 05. Conclusion:The decoction of enriching the Yang and returning the Wu can promote the absorption of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage,improve the prognosis.更多还原
