【摘要】 目的 :总结 18例先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎的手术治疗经验。方法 :手术均在体外循环下完成 ,行畸形矫正和赘生物清除。结果 :全组中除 1例术后死于低心排综合征和急性肾功能衰竭外 ,余均顺利康复。结论 :在抗感染治疗同时积极手术治疗是提高治愈率的关键 ,并应强调术后处理更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summerize the experiences of surgical treatment of 18 patients of congenital heart disease (CHD) complicated with infective endocarditis.Methods:18 patients of CHD complicated with infective endocarditis were included in this study.Among the 18 patients,9 cases were isolated ventricular septal defect(VSD),5 cases were VSD with other cardiac anomaly.2 csses were patent ductus arterisus (PDA).All the patients under active antibiotic treatment were operated on by correction of intracardiac anomalies and cleaning the neoplasm,under hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass.Results:1 case of the 18 patients died of postoperative low cardiac output syndrom and acute renal failure,other 17 patients recovered smoothly.Conclusion:Under effective antibiotic treatment,early surgical correction of the intracardiac anomalies and removal of the neoplasm is an effective treatment measure for CHD with infective endocarditis.更多还原
