【摘要】 利用血液透析原理进行自体腹水净化回输治疗腹水病人 ,对 11例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)合并重度腹水病人 ,腹水净化回输与血液净化同步进行 ,腹水由腹腔进入静脉 ;对39例重症肝硬化顽固性腹水(RA)病人 ,从腹腔一侧抽出腹水净化后回输至对侧 ,腹水由腹腔到腹腔。结果 :11例CRF病人于腹水回输后血浆白蛋白及总蛋白均升高 ,且腹围明显缩小 ,与腹水回输前比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 39例RA病人于腹水净化回输后 ,平均腹围缩小 2 7.5cm ,体重减少 6kg ,腹水减少或消失。提出 :利用血液透析原理进行自体腹水净化回输技术 ,疗效确切 ,经济简便更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on hemodialysis principles,purified auto-ascites re-infusion was carried out in 11 cases of chronic renal failure(CRF) complicated with severe ascites and blood purification were conducted simultaneously.Ascites of the patients was re-infused into the vein after withdrawing from the abdominal cavity and purification. For 39 cases of severe cirrhosis complicated with refractory ascites (RA), the ascites was pumped out from one abdominal cavity and then infused into the other side of abdominal cavity after purification. Results showed that after ascites re-infusion, both plasma albumin and total protein of 11 CRF patients were elevated and their circumference of abdomen decreased significantly compared to that before ascites re-infusion (P<0.01). After the purified ascites re-infusion, for the 39 cases of RA patients, the average circumference was 27.5cm shorter, body weight was 6kg lower than that before the re-infusion, and the ascites of patients decreased obviously or even entirely disappeared. Suggested that purified auto-ascites re-infusion based on the hemodialysis principles have good effect and inexpensive.更多还原
