【Abstract】 To promote the standardized management of nursing quality, both to preserve and to make good use of the information on nursing care effectively. Using PowerBuilder has developed software on comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality. Altogether 16 indexes including 3 aspects of management quality, nursing quality, and working effectiveness were set up and entrusted with different values. And the results of evaluation were integrated with their bonus distribution. Through the operation, it was thought that the system be operated easily and applied reasonably.更多还原
