【摘要】 为了解卫生学校护生心理健康状况 ,为学生的健康教育和心理咨询提供合理建议 ,采用SCL -90量表对南通体臣卫生学校一二年级60 5名护生进行问卷调查。结果 :除躯体化外 ,其它各项因子分均高于全国常模 ,强迫、人际关系敏感及恐怖 3项得分明显高于常模 ;一年级护生在强迫、敌对和恐怖方面的症状较二年级严重。有轻度心理问题的占7.93 %～ 3 8.3 5 % ,有中度及中度以上问题的占0 .3 3 %～ 3 .47%。结论 :中专护生心理健康状况不容乐观 ,应加强心理健康教育及心理咨询更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the mental health status of nursing students at health school, to offer reasonable proposals for health education and psychological consultation to students, 605 of grade 1 and grade 2 nursing students from Tichen health school of Nantong were investigated. SCL-90 form was used and they were asked to fill up the questionnaire. Results: except for somatization, the average score of other items including compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and terror were higher than the norm of all over the country. Students of grade 1 had more severe symptoms of compulsion, hostility and terror than that in students of grade 2. Students with mild psychological problems accounted for 7.93% ～38.35%. Students with moderate and severe psychological problems accounted for 0.33% ～3.47%. Conclusion: mental health status of health school nursing students is not optimistic. And we must strengthen the mental health education and psychological consultation.更多还原
