【Abstract】 Seeing that the former discharging instruction form with some shortcomings such as time-consuming in writing, not specific in content, a new discharging instruction form was designed. 215 cases have used the new forms. Results showed that 97.2% of nurses thought that the new form was easy to fill up, the filling-up time was shortened from 15 min. to 6 min. And the new form has concrete, all-round content. 97.7% of patients were satisfied with it.更多还原
