【Abstract】 To implement effectively the idea of “Three Representatives”in selecting and employing young excellent cadres,we should work hard on creating a favourable environment for employees:1)adopt an overall point of view and try hard to discover young excellent cadres;2)try to open up as more channels as possible and cultivate young cadres with strategic insight;3)improve the system and build up a workable mechanism for the employment of cadres;4)rigorously enforce management and strengthen on an over-all management and supervision of the cadres.更多还原
