基于三维构型的切片体素构造法及其注射模CAD系统
SLICE ELEMENT CONSTRUCTION BASED ON 3D MODELING AND CAD SYSTEM OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOULD
【摘要】 基于AutoCAD工作平台 ,以箱体类塑件为对象开发了一种注射模CAD系统。该系统提出了 3种新的切片体素 :圆台切片体素、垂直拉伸切片体素和倾斜拉伸切片体素。利用其切片体素构造法 ,将二维塑件图形作为输入单元 ,通过拾取边界多义线环来构造塑件三维几何形状 ,从而实现了由二维图形数据输入获得三维几何造型这一关键技术。文中还给出了注塑模CAD系统设计的应用实例
【Abstract】 Based on Auto CAD software,a CAD system of plastic injection mould for box type parts is developed.Three kinds of new slice element,round,uprightness extension and incline extension,are constructed on this system.By means of them,a 3D geometry shape can be constructed by picking up boundary ring line on 2D plastic graph.Accordingly,this key technology for obtaining 3D geometry modeling has been come true by means of 2D plastic graph input.An example of generating 3D assembly of plastic injection mould as well as its drawing is given.
