2β-氯甲基青霉烷酸二苯甲酯合成方法的改进
Improved Synthesis of Benzhydryl 2β-Chloromethylpenicillanate
【摘要】 6 ,6 -二氢青霉烷酸二苯甲酯 1β-氧化物同 2 -巯基苯并噻唑反应后 ,与硫酰氯作用得 2 β-氯甲基青霉烷酸二苯甲酯
【Abstract】 In the paper,Benzhydryl 2 β-Chloromethylpenicillanate(1),a key intermediate for Tazobactan,was prepared.The reaction procedures were as following:Benzhydryl 6,6-dihydropenicillanatebe -1 β-oxide (2) reacts with 2-mercaptobenzothiazole to giving unsymmetrical disulfides(3),and (3) reacts with SO 2Cl 2 gaving Benzhydryl 2β-Chloromethylpenicillanate(1).
