【Abstract】 The alkaline lysis method for isolation of plasmid DNA is commonly used in molecule biology experiments.But the plasmid DNA isolated by the method is often contaminated with large amount of RNA and some other undesired materials.By using RNase and extending incubation time the plasmid DNA of good quality was obtained.The DNA thus isolated has met the standard for routine molecular biology experiments and may be used as an antigen for detecting antibodies of dsDNA.The method is simple.economic,and reliable.更多还原
