左旋麻黄素半生物合成的研究 固定化酵母细胞生物合成L—PAC(L—苯基乙酰基甲醇)
Studies on hemi-biosynthesis of L-ephedrine Biosynthesis of L-PAC by use of immobilized yeast cell
【摘要】 本文对影响酵母菌生物合成L—PAC的主要因素进行了研究。结果表明 :酵母菌株Sc -5按 2 g鲜细胞 /3.2 % 50ml海藻酸钠凝胶固定化后 ,所获固定化凝胶珠置于装有 4倍体积反应液的容器中 ,在振荡频率 2 2 0转 /分、温度 2 8— 30℃、添加 0 2 %的Vc时 ,批次生物合成L—PAC产量最高 ,达 2 .0 g/L。
【Abstract】 Effection factors on biosynthesis of L-PAC by the use of the immobilized yeast cell are studied in this paper.The results are shown that higher L-PAC production is achieved in 4 times volume of the immobilized yeast cell alginate gel beads water solution containing 2.5% glucose by the use of the immobilized Sc-5 yeast cell according to 2g fresh cell/3.2% alginate gel at temperature of 28-30℃ and frequency of 220 rotary/min.Positive stimulation of L-PAC production is observed by vitamin C when added into fermenting solution.L-PAC production is up to 2g/L under the optimization conditions.
