人甲状旁腺激素结构与功能研究进展
The advances in study of structure-function relationship of human parathyroid hormone
【摘要】 甲状旁腺激素 (PTH)分子由 84个氨基酸残基组成。二级结构中富含α 螺旋 ,该螺旋结构在与受体相互作用中起重要作用。探索PTH分子结构与功能间的关系 ,有助于制药工业的发展 ,为临床治疗提供借鉴。本文简述PTH分子结构与功能的研究进展
【Abstract】 The structure of a biological molecule meets the needs of its function. Human parathyroid hormone is composed of 84 amino acid residues. The second structure is α-helix rich. This kind of structure make an important role when the molecule react with its receptors. Studying the structure-function relationship will bring about a great advance in pharmacy production and guide the clinical treatment. The study of structure-function relationship of human parathyroid hormone is reviewed in this essay.
