【摘要】 对诺卡氏菌属 5 2 0 5菌株形成类胡萝卜素的培养基和培养条件进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,该菌在培养基 :蛋白胨 10g ,牛肉膏 3g ,葡萄糖 2 0g ,NaCl 5g ,水 10 0 0mL ,pH 7 5 ,5 0 0mL三角瓶装量 10 0mL培养基于旋转式摇床上 30℃、170r/min振荡培养 72h ,菌体生物量和类胡萝卜素含量分别为 7 2 6mg/mL和 4 71 4 5 μg/ g干菌体。添加核黄素明显促进该菌的生长和类胡萝卜素的形成更多还原

【Abstract】 The medium and culture conditions of carotenoids in №5205 strain of Nocardia were studied.The compositions of medium were as follows:glucose 20g,beef extract 3g,peptone 10g,NaCl 5g,water 1000mL,pH 7.5.The optimal medium volume in flask was 100ml, 7.26mg/ml medium and 471.45μg carotenoids/g dry cell were produced by strain №5205with above-mentioned conditions cultured on ratory shaker at 30℃,170r/min for 72h.It showed a distinct increase in carotenoids of №5205 strain if add VB2 in medium.更多还原
