红豆杉细胞同步化的研究
Studies on synchronization of Taxus cells
【摘要】 研究用低温处理使悬浮培养红豆杉细胞同步化。结果 ,细胞在 4℃处理 2 4h ,恢复培养 2 4h ,其分裂指数可达 10 2 6%。
【Abstract】 This article focuse on the synchronization of Taxus chinese suspension cells by application of low temperature.It is suggested that when the cells are pretreated at 4℃ for 24h and subcultured for 24h,the mitotic index could reach 10.26%.
