【Abstract】 The studies on Bacillus thringiensis subsp. kurstaki SD - 5 of resistance to aminoacid mixture and fermentation physiolgy with 3 tons fermentor showed that SD-5 is of fine fermentabiloty . The medium for fermentation has been selected by means of orthogonal designs. The number of cell has reached 110 ×108/ml- 130 × 108/ml, and the ratio of spore forming is above 95%.更多还原
