前β1-HDL与细胞HDL受体结合活性的研究
Study on the Activity of Pre-β1HDL Binding to HDL Receptors on Different Cell Types
【Abstract】 The activities of pre\|β 1HDL and apoE\|deficient HDL 3 binding to HDL receptors on human SMC,HepG2 and macrophage were detected using enzyme linked immune receptor assay(ELIRA).The results showed the value of K d of pre\|β 1 HDL binding to HDL receptor was significantly lower than that of apoE\|deficient HDL 3( P <0.05),but B max showed no difference.The results suggested that the affinity of pre\|β 1 HDL to HDL receptor was significantly higher than that of apoE\|deficient HDL 3.
