电脱盐工艺条件的优化
Optimization of Process Conditions for Electrostatic Desalting
【摘要】 针对延安混合原油含盐、含水量高且波动较大的特点 ,通过改用FC - 930 2型破乳剂 ,并经过对工艺参数进行优化 ,脱后盐含量可达到小于 3mg/L的水平
【Abstract】 s: The FC-9302 emulsion breaker was selected for Yan’an blended crude which contained higher salt and water for the electrostatic desalter operation. After the optimization of the process parameters, the salt content of the desalted oil was reduced to less than 3 mg/L.
