关于新世纪领导活动的几点思考
Some Considerations about the Actions of leaders in the New Century

【Abstract】 The ability of strategic thought of leaders will be the core of their abilities, and the prestige of the leader will play an important role. Incentive become an important way to realize the intention of the leaders.
