一步法交联聚丙烯挤出发泡材料的开发与应用
Development and Application of Crosslinked and Extruded PP Foam in One Step
【摘要】 介绍了聚丙烯 (PP)挤出发泡材料的主要性能、一步法化学交联PP挤出发泡成型技术的开发 ,即在挤出机内进行塑化的同时使PP发生适度的交联反应 ,通过工艺条件的控制 ,使其在具有适当的熔体粘度后完成发泡剂的分解反应 ,经挤出机挤出后在机头口模出口处完成发泡 ,从而得到满足一定要求的发泡制品。同时还介绍了PP发泡材料的主要应用方向及其发展前景。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the main properties of PP foam, the technology of extruding foam of chemically cross linked PP in one step:PP is crosslinked appropriately while plasticized in extruder, and foaming agent is decomposed at a suitable melt viscosity by controling the processing conditions, then free foaming is finished at the exit of the die and the foam is abtained.The paper also introduces the applications, developing tendency of PP foam.
