【摘要】 我国森林旅游近年来蓬勃发展 ,方兴未艾。但一些森林生态问题随之产生 ,究其原因主要是环境管理不力。本文试图从环境成本内在化问题入手 ,对森林旅游的可持续发展机制进行探讨。文中分析了森林旅游环境成本核算的基本原理 ,提出了 4种核算方法 ,即森林环境效果评价法、损失功能模型、随机评估法和相关分析法 ;并指出环境成本内在化的目的是进行森林环境补偿。文章认为只有进行有效的环境管理才能获得森林生态景观的永续存在和森林旅游业的可持续发展更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological forest problems by incresing forest tourism in recent years rest on the poor environment management.This article,starting with the internalization of the environment cost,tries to discuss the sustainable development mechanism of the forest tourism.It analyses the basic calculating principles of the forest tourism environment cost and offers 4calculating ways of Forest Environment Effect Evaluation,Loss Function Mode,Random Assessment cost is to compensate for forest environment.It thinks that effective management is the only way to keep forest scenery and sustainable forest tourism development.更多还原
